Welcome to Pryceless Jamaican Tours LLC
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "You," or "Your") and Pryceless Jamaican Tours LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), a limited liability company registered and operating under the laws of Jamaica.
By booking, purchasing, or using any of our tour services, airport transfers, or related offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of Jamaica.
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Services" means all tour packages, excursions, airport transfers, transportation, and related activities provided by the Company.
- "Booking" means a confirmed reservation for Services made through our website, phone, email, or authorized agents.
- "Customer" includes the person making the booking and all persons named in the booking.
- "Force Majeure" means any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, or acts of God.
- "Tour Date" means the scheduled date and time for the commencement of Services.
- "Payment Option" refers to either full payment or deposit payment with remaining balance due.
